Hotel Reservations
A block of rooms has been reserved for delegates. However, the rooms fill quickly so we suggest that you make your reservations as early as possible. If you wish to extend your stay either before or after the conference, you will need to inform the resort when you make your initial reservation. To insure your accommodations at the special conference rate, mention the Southeastern Conference. Please make your reservations directly with the Hyatt Key West Resort by December 14, 2008, 305-809-1234. After that date, reservations are on a space-available basis only. Refund Policy
If your plans change and you find it necessary to cancel your conference registration, we encourage substitutions but will make a full refund of your registration fee provided you inform us no later than Friday, January 9, 2009.
